The interview and hiring process was relatively laid back and fairly straightforward. I was able to obtain an interview through campus recruiting as they often come to recruit on campus. I sent in my application and within 2 weeks I interviewed on campus. The interviewer was very friendly and welcoming, the interview was more fit and conversational than technical. Excel skills and leadership experience were emphasized. The following week, I received an email and a call from the interviewer saying they would like to extend an offer. Overall positive interview. Focus on fit and experience more than technical analysis.
