What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process consisted of three 30 minute interviews, all in quick succession. Two were behavioral, with a Partner/VP asking about past summer experiences, interests, and leadership/group dynamics, and then two less-senior consultants asking similar questions. Then, the third interview was a basic case, which required stepping through what areas you would step through in considering a client problem (think Case in Point), as well as a very simple calculation. The interviewers were all very cordial and the culture seems laidback.
