The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Applied online, got called for an interview.
Very casual small office setting. London based.
1on1 interview setting. The guy that was leaving was also there, I was going to be replacing him.
Ask casual questions about background, languages, what i know about business. Attending formal events. Main point i think readiness to start within the next which was not suited. Also asked about political views etc.
Interview Questions
Political views were hardest as an org they had to be neutral. but i have a wrong answers meaning, i said which side i was leaning towards and basically bashed the other side which you never ever want to do. I was killing myself after the interview when i realised it. also software based experience. I can remember for sure which software it was but it was a really popular business software that ive never heard about or use. As expected I didnt know much about it and they had to explain it to me which i felt brought me down a bit.

Interview
Process smooth and well organized and all very conversational. Pre-screen phone interview with internal recruiter to assess fit with ICF. First round phone interviews with Principal and VP. In local office 2 hr. excel, writing and case assessment - relatively basic questions on excel functions and aviation-related analysis. Writing assessment very basic and made me question ICF ability to attract quality candidates. Second round travel to visit practice office meeting with senior manager, principal, VP, and junior associates. All interviewers were knowledgeable (within aviation) and friendly.
Interview Questions
Nothing difficult, mostly fit / behavioral.
1. What are the long-term prospects and challenges for the industry?
2. What have you learned from your transaction negotiations?
3. What is your management style / experience? How would you manage staff if you work from another location? What challenges would you expect to encounter and how would you remedy the problems?
4. What of your experience would indicate you can meet aggressive and demanding timelines?
5. What have you enjoyed most of your prior experience?
6. How did you implement simulations into your financial models?

Interview
I received a call for a phone screen, followed by an in person interview with VP's in HR and the recruiter. After the interviews, I was told I would hear back within a week but hadn't heard back several weeks after. I followed up a few times and eventually heard that they made an offer to someone else.
Interview Questions
Give a time where you had to lead a group unexpectedly and how you handled the situation.
The recruiter also seemed to question some of my answers, even when explaining them fully. I'm not sure if the tactic was being used to make me uncomfortable or if she was actually doubting my responses/honesty.
