Applied online, got called for an interview.
Very casual small office setting. London based.
1on1 interview setting. The guy that was leaving was also there, I was going to be replacing him.
Ask casual questions about background, languages, what i know about business. Attending formal events. Main point i think readiness to start within the next which was not suited. Also asked about political views etc.
