Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round with HR mostly behavioral with one technical question--must be correct in the way THEY want it (prefer high risk tolerance)
2nd round, 30 minute with trader involving games involving pnl and optimal strategy.
3rd round is 45 minute back to back in the morning with 2 traders. if selected after this round, the same afternoon, they invite you to a virtual behavioral final round
