There were several rounds. The first few things were assessment - this was a standard probability/brain teaser assessment for hedge funds.
After this, a phone interview with HR - standard, some behavioral.
After this, a 1-1 technical interview which was another brain teaser that took very long to solve.
Final round, 3 interviews, very tough. One was an excel sheet with trades and working with that, another one was an excel sheet with trades executed and trying to find systemic improvements that can be made, and one was finding a mathematical equation for delay in reaction of one stock price to another.
