It started with a hackrank that was both IQ and math based including pattern/shape recognition, quick math, and probability questions. Then there was a 30 minute behavioral with HR with one simple expected value question. Following that was a 45 minute Zoom interview with a trader with straight forward probability questions. Next was a second 45 minute Zoom interview that went into market making and sports betting. Did not get past this round but the next round is the final round in person/

They sent a neurolympics OA which is just a glorified IQ test. It involves memorising a grid of items, testing your reaction speed and concentration. Overall it was fine but I have no idea what the threshold is for this role.

I applied online, and then completed a two hour hackerrank assessment consisting of two C++ questions that were tricky. Heard back about a month later for a recruiter screen which was pretty standard. The recruiter was really nice! I haven't heard back on next steps yet. I would practice C++ a lot for this.

The last round involved calculating the fair value of various options contracts given bid-ask tables for multiple exchanges. A formula was given—be very careful about what each piece of notation means within the context of the formula, otherwise it's very easy to get your answers wrong. There are also 9 different valuations to get throuhg, so be quick about it!
