Interview
Started with 2 on 1 interview with 2 hiring managers, both were chill and it was mainly behavioral then asking about my knowledge about what incline invests in and a company name they have invested in and what it does then at the end a few brain teasers. second round was with an associate and was again mainly behavioral then asking what makes a good business to invest in. 3rd round was a case study that was given beforehand then had to present to 2 VPs. Then final round was another 1on1 that was all behavioral. Mainly overall i think them wanting a culture fit plus someone with basic tech knowledge and understanding of PE investing under their lense.
Interview Questions
Basic accounting questions on the 400 guide nothing crazy mainly behavioral, case study was prob most technical they had me do a very brief paper lbo to explain my understanding of multiple expansion.

Interview
Very calm and friendly people. The first round was a 2 on 1 interview, with two recruiters. Mine was very conversational before moving into a why Incline, and then some light brain teasers. Second round was with an associate who was also very conversational, followed by some technicals. I got everything correct to my knowledge and thought it went well but about a month and a half later got rejected.
Interview Questions
Nothing really off guard, just the brain teasers. If you have one 5 gallon bucket and one 3 gallon bucket how do you measure 4 gallons, technicals were relatively simple too.
