I got an email from them a couple days before the application deadline and decided to apply for the interviewing experience. I submitted only a resume at first and later after the interview was asked to fill out a full online application.

The interview was two one-on-one interviews. The first one was with a midlevel manager who described the position and the company. He also went through the basic behavioral stuff (team work, leadership stuff). The last half of the interview was a case study about an IT issue with a multinational.

The second interview was with a guy a bit higher up the food chain. It was just an hour long conversation about the job, my career plan and his history. Enjoyable as it was, it was what it was because he decided to not do another case study as he was originally going to do. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a not.

I was supposed to hear back from them 3 weeks ago and haven't. I'm not sure I will, but I won't be heartbroken if I don't
