Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They are basically asking you to come to an info session by talking to the vice president and the common theme is that it is the best job for the right people...keep in mind though that it seems like this is a scheme because there is no base pay and you have to learn everything yourself. Apparently I heard from others that you have to buy the books to study and pass the series 7 and etc. It is heavily based on commission and asks you you come up with a marketing plan for others to see.
