What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview

CV/Cover letter/Grade lists sent through recruiter
Got invited for 3 30 minute interviews, 2 associates and 1 MD.
All interviews started off with introductions and going into my background and motivation (major in aerospace and limited finance knowledge)
First interview (associate) focussed on technical questions.
Second interview (MD) went deeper into motivation and background, and talked through Porter's 5 forces for M&A market
Third interview (associate) was also more motivation and ended with a small estimation case
Very friendly and open attitude from the interviewers.
