1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
You get 3 interviews of approximately 30 minutes each, with associates/analysts. The first interview is a fit check (background/motivation). The second interview is to test your corporate finance knowledge (3 financial statements and valuation questions). The last interview is a case. This case can be about anything, with as goal to test your business sense. I got a case about market sizing and building a t shirt business.
