This was a very straight forward process. I found the position on my school's Career Planning and Placement Center (CPPC) Job Listings. I applied, received a very brief phone interview, and was invited for final rounds in person... There was a few questions asked from the hiring manager (my Boss that summer), and I was given an offer to intern... I accepted the offer. However, I declined to return during the school year.
