Interview
Fairly informal process; went by their office for a 1 on 1 interview. 2 other employees dropped by into the interview as they had time

Nothing technical was asked and no hard questions; seemed more of a fit interview than anything else. A brief walkthrough of the resume, questions about what I knew of the firm, and conversation about restaurants, hobbies, etc. Again, more of an "airplane test" than anything else.
