Interview Questions
Nothing really. Someone asked me to go through an LBO structure and I had a VC background so it threw me off a little. Also, the company is not involved in LBOs, so I wasn't expecting the question.

Questioned a lot of debt and debt structuring for PF deals.

Grilled me on my background deals.

Generally people were nice, only encountered one a**hole, who kept asking questions in an aggressive manner.

Be prepared for behavioral questions regarding IFC and of course Why IFC. Know IFC and its activities.
