Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and first completed an HR screening focused on general fit, motivation, and my background. The second round was a technical interview with the team, with questions centered on the sector and the specific role I applied for. The third round was a skills assessment where I had to synthesize a large report into a clear presentation with key insights and recommendations. The final round was a panel interview with the team, covering deeper sector questions, my experience, a case-style discussion, and why I’m interested in the role.
