Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After submitting the application online, you will be automatically sent 3 tests to do: numerical, logic, SJT. Then 1st Round with a MD: mainly competency and commercial awareness. 2nd Round is with a junior but in the same form. AC consists of a group exercise of 4 people, and 3 interviews: strength based, motivational based and technical. Group exercise is about pitching a business plan, strength interview is about your reactions and responses under certain scenarios.
