HR call you for fit/interest/relocation etc. stuff, if you pass then go onsite interview.
Onsite interview is a group interview, people split into different groups on color.
1. quick dating interview. All candidates talks to 4 interviewers for 5 mins, all candidates shifting while interviewers remain seated. Each interviewer asked different kinds of questions including personality/fit/IQ/finance.
2.read couple of emails and make answer question on limited time.
3. case discussion/client scenario simulation. Discussion and presentation.
