Hiring process was simple. We had only one round of interviews on campus, and offers were released after a period of time. We had one case interview and two fit interviews as a part of the process, as well as a night-before interview mixer. Overall I really enjoy getting to know everyone with IBM, and they brought an excellent assortment of kind interviewers for the program. I think most important of all going into this interview series is to show that you are a real person, and that you are a fun, interesting person to be around. Case skills are important of course, but to shine, personality is key.
