Landed the interview through university recruiting. It went ok.
It started with the typical line of "Why Citi? Why Citi Cards?" It was relatively late in the day - 3 PM - so the interviewer, Dan, had heard it all. His body language clearly showed that and it was a little off-putting. The interview shifted to behavioral questions -- working on a team, examples of leadership.
They made decisions within 24 hours about the second round and I wasn't called back. I'm not sure where it could have went better on my side.
