Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a first round on campus with the COO of the IBD. Was 100% fit (why banking, why Piper, interests, etc.). I received a call that afternoon inviting me to the superday 3 days later. The superday consisted of 8 interviews, 1 of which was with the HR rep, the other with bankers ranging from people who had been with the firm for only 3 months all the way up to a VP. The MD and senior VP I was supposed to interview with both had calls during my time slot, and thus most of my interviews were with analysts. Two of the interviews were 2v1
