Interview Details

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Something like 4 phone interviews each with lots of logic/math problems (one quick addition/multiplication but mostly harder puzzles) Around the 3rd interview they added a part where I had to bet on whether I was right on the questions they had me answer. I got to the final round which was the first in person interview i had. It lasted some 4 hours and consisted of more problems only this time the betting was formalized with poker chips (started with 100 ended up with 60 or so). I didn't get the offer but then I didn't sleep much (really at all) the night before so I was pretty zonked by the last interviews. Be careful though, because while the first couple of interviewers are nice and give you a chance to gain some chips the last one came guns ablazing asking rapid fire questions to get my chips.
