Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process began with submitting resume through University recruitment website. Contact information was made available for the recruiter. After submitting resume constant contact with the recruiter was maintained before and after the interview, something she stated was a large reason for gaining the interview. Interview consisted of two 30 minute sessions, both one on one, in conference rooms. The first was a behavioral interview, the second a case study similar to that on the Deloitte career website.
