Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round done on campus; in addition to standard behavioral questions, technical questions were what adjustments are typical to arrive at an adjusted EBITDA, and what to include on a single slide if you had to sell a company.
Superday consisted of 15 interviews with two to three people at a time, each lasting 25 minutes. Full day ordeal, some interviews were purely technical (list the differences in the balance sheets of companies in two different industries), whereas others were purely conversational.
