Reached out to an analyst that was an alumni at my school to schedule a chat over the phone. Was asked basic accounting technicals/why IB/why Intrepid. After the initial chat I was referred to an associate and had another phone chat. Got invited to a super day at their office which consisted of mainly fit questions, a basic case study, and fairly simple technicals.
