Summer Associate Intern

I applied via campus recruiting website, and was contacted to interview the very next week. The first interview was primarily to see it you are a good fit, if you get past that, they will send you to their super day the immediate following week. Super day consists of a Thursday night networking session, which is a great way to meet the people that are interviewing you. My advice is to try and meet everyone; you never know who will be able to pull through for you when it's time to make decisions. The next day there are four interviews (25 minutes each). You meet with people from all different functions within capital markets (either 1:1 or 2:1).

Once it is over, they send you home and make all of the decisions right then and there. They notify you within a week. You have the opportunity to work in New York, Chicago, Philly, Pittsburgh, or Cleveland.
