Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview was between myself and two analysts with the firm. They were very concerned that applicants had strong interest in both investment banking and real estate, so make sure you fit that criteria. After a first round interview you will either get selected for a super day or not. Overall it is a very collegiate place and a professional experience.
