Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I networked with an analyst who then referred me to the head of recruiting. The first round interview was very relaxed and felt like more of a networking call. In the end, he asked me a few technicals but very basic accounting and evaluation. The second round interview was very technical based a lot of mental math.
