Summer Associate Intern

The interview consisted of two rounds. The first round was held on campus with a partner at Keystone. It was comprised of 20 min fit interview followed by a quick case study for the remaining 20 minutes. Very straightforward and nothing unusual. The second round interview was in their office in new York. This consisted of 6 half hour interviews with members of the firm. Some were 2-1 others were 1-1 interviews. The second round was much more challenging and much longer, hence more fatiguing. Some of the partners were more nervous about the interview than I was.
