Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round interview was on-campus and conducted in a one-to-one setting. The interview consisted of the typical behavioral questions and a case question. The case question involved how to analyze the profitability of a company for a potential acquisition. The interviewer was focused on alternative ways to assess the financial outlook, besides just on the financial statements (analyst reports, industry trends, etc.). Behavioral questions were nothing out of the ordinary and were not difficult.
