I applied for the summer internship via my university's career website. Baird came to campus along with many other banks and interviewed me 1 on 1. They also posted the contact information for a few analysts in case we wanted to reach out before our interview dates. Unfortunately, I did not reach out or network and I believe this cost me the offer.
