Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Because I was interested in Texas, the process was slightly different than typical on campus recruiting. I initially asked the on campus recruiting team for the contact information of the person in charge of recruiting at the regional office. I then scheduled an informational phone call with the regional office. After the phone call went well, I made a trip to visit the regional office for an informational interview. Finally, the regional office reached out to me and asked me to come back down for a formal interview. The formal interview lasted about half a day, consisting of multiple 1:1 and 2:1 interviews. I was interviewed by a variety of employees, mostly older Associates, VP's and 1 MD. The interviews were relaxed, consisting mostly of questions about my background and why investment banking.
