The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

1 on 1 Interview
Interview
They don't run an explicit internship scheme so I got in touch with an employee over LinkedIn, just to meet up and talk about the industry/get advice etc. At the end he asked for my CV and moved it up. Very casual process and very fit-oriented.
Interview Questions
The interview was light on technicals, so the most difficult/unexpected questions were personal. Why did I want to work there and be the only intern - wouldn't it be more useful to join a scheme? Am I comfortable with the fact that I might not get an offer at the end? I was interviewing for a very ad-hoc role that would go across equities and fixed income so they also asked me if I had to choose one, which would I prefer and why. Another difficult element was that I came in on several occasions to meet with several different people and be asked the same questions again and again, not knowing what to expect each time.

Skills Test
Interview
I emailed Andre Neill (co-head of PPP London) expressing my desire to both work in PPP and for Investec in London. My email was very formal and I wrote it like a cover letter, I also attached my cv to the email.

Following this email he replied very politely (to my surprise) and also with a financial skills test and with instructions to send it to a junior member of his team. The outline of the test was to correctly work out the return of a potential investment. I was given an array information including the cost of the building (which was a hospital), the amount that we would take on in debt, the interest of this debt, the yield, the length of the investment etc etc.

I must have done an okay job on this task because about 10 days later I had a phone interview. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and was very interesting but I realised I was out of my depth. I had only recently looked into PPP and I don't think I showed the level of industry knowledge they were hoping for.

I subsequently didn't get another interview.
Interview Questions
It wasn't that I was asked any one question that was specifically tough. He just spoke about the industry in depth and had an understanding level that highlighted my lack of knowledge, I felt quite naive and uneducated on the topics through the whole interview.
