Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online to a position in the Philadelphia office after speaking to a VP. MD reached out the following day for a phone interview on that Saturday. Monday was two more interviews via Zoom - one VP and the other the Group Head. Final interview was with another MD. Offer came 1 week after I applied. All fit and background questions. I am lateraling from a valuation role, so technical questions weren't necessary.
