The culture of the firm seemed more relaxed than new york counterparts. It seemed to be very important that you were curious in all coverage groups and offerings as all analysts are generalists. Additionally, it can be noted that there is no training program for incoming analysts.

The interview was very fit based and they seemed to care a lot about wanting to live within Philadelphia.
