1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two phone calls for screening, basic fit questions and a few technicals. Seemed to be more fit based, but I did not make it past this stage. I applied as a summer intern position as a sophomore. Applied online. Heard from someone that every referral makes at least the initial screening interview, but can't confirm.
