Jefferson's emailed me asking to set up a phone interview in December. I had one interview about 30 mins with technicals and resume questions. Received an invitation to a super day and dinner a week later. Super day was first week of January. There was a dinner the night before and the super day lasted for about 4 hours. Interviewed with about 15 people including one MD. Most people who were at the super day went to Rice or Dartmouth. Interviews were very technical and had a lot of oil and gas technicals.
