1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was contacted by an HR employee and was my CV was sent to the team. Got four different zoom interviews with MD, VP, VP and Senior Associate. Questions, except from those coming from the MD (who was more interested in me personally) were highly technical and asked me to explain LBOs, DCFs, Trading Comps etc.
They also wanted to understand what I had done throughout my previous experiences and was asked to thoroughly describe my role in my previous deals
Team was highly interesting and it was a nice process overall - I got to learn more about them and about the culture at the bank. Unfortunately I was not progressed to the next stage, but the process would include a modelling test, and rounds with more associates as well as a discussion with other senior MDs within the team
