Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started off with pretty casual phone conversations with a few analysts and associates. They asked simple, basic IB questions like $10 of depreciation and how the 3 financial statements connect. Mine was with the ADG group and they asked about PIK interest which they said was pretty important to their specific group.
