Investment Banking Associate Generalist opportunity

I met one of the recruiters through on a campus recruiting events. After few nice email conversations, she forwarded my resume to few MD's and individuals at Jefferies. Additionally, there was a posting about Jefferies Generalist opportunity on my school's career center site for which I emailed the recruiters and applied. After about two weeks, I got an email from the recruiter saying that I was invited for the Super Day in NY, which took place on October 17, 2014. The HR team will schedule you in two slots in the morning, one from 9-10:30, and another one from 10:45-noon. I would recommend to get yourself scheduled in the first slot as the ones in morning had 3 interviews, compared the 10:45 ones, they were short changed one interview. While might think this is good, it is actually not as they didn't probably get to know you well. Entire interview was strangely behavioral and conversational. While this may sound obvious, you know your resume really well. They questioned each line item.

Office: Very professional, typical WS type office.

People: Including the HR, they were all nice and the ones I interviewed were with tenured with Jefferies for 10+ years for SVP and above, and others 4+ years.
