Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Met several people from the firm during sophomore year through networking.
Was referred by some of those I met to others on their team, and then eventually given an official first-round over the phone. The phone interview was mainly technical, mine ended up being mainly about LBOs but of course this was one example.
Notified within 2 or 3 weeks that I had a superday.
Superday consisted of several 2-on-1's with employees in a range of seniority. Some where entirely technical, some were entirely qualitative.
Notified within 1 week of offer.
