Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I spoke with a full time investment banking analyst in the tech group who referred me to HR which I then spoke with and directed me for first round interview with a different analyst. I had a phone interview and I didn't receive follow up for a while but then received rejection. I would advise people to know why they want to work for Jefferies IB.
