Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I began doing phone calls with alum and then a small team of alums came to campus (we're not a target school). From there they interviewed about 10 of us and sent three onto the super day. The super day was only an hour and consisted of 3, 20 minute interviews (2 fit 1 technical). Heard back in a few days.
