Got superday through diversity program (don't remember applying, got lucky). Super day consisted of 2 20-minute interviews back to back. Both interviews were 2-on-1. Both were a mixture of technicals and behaviorals, technicals were very straightforward and not too difficult. Most complex question was what happens to the EV/EBITDA multiple if EBITDA increases. One week to accept offer.

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me about an open position as a VP on a new team in a similar sector. I took a phone interview and a couple back and fourths with the lead analyst, before meeting for dinner and eventually being offered the position. I had one technical exam - which to my knowledge is the same generic Jefferies exam that all candidates get.
Interview Questions
Nothing off guard but a lot of the questions involved being in CA vs. my analyst being in NY.

Interview
Interview process starts with networking in the early part of the fall semester. From your first email correspondence all the way to signing the offer, you are being scrutinized on professionalism, likability, market knowledge, IB knowledge, and specific bank knowledge. Had multiple calls and lunches the first two months that culminated into getting a first round. The first round was on Teams with two analysts and an associate. I was asked general profile questions and then about thirty minutes of technicals regarding finance, accounting, M&A, and O&G. Throughout I was also tested on my ability to make coherent responses and adapt to pressured situations. I then advanced to a superday three days later, where two people of differing levels would cycle in, making five different cycles lasting about two hours total. They asked me a plethora of questions, majority technical/brain teasers. It is important to note that while the interview content is mainly technical based, your likability, performance under pressure, professionalism, etc. is being judged at all times concurrently. After the superday, I was offered by phone call that night.
Interview Questions
I do not remember any specific questions with specific numbers, but the hardest were the following: full NAV breakdown with metrics, theoretical market walkthroughs, original energy opinions, and brain teasers meant to trick you under time pressure.
