Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online which included the standard submission of a CV, Cover Letter and 3 motivational questions of ~150 words each.
After 2 months, HR got back to me and invited me to their office for an assessment center (Superday). This consisted of the following:
3 1-on-1 interviews- 1x Biographical/Motivational, 1x Competency-based, 1x Technical. Interviewers ranged from analysts to vice presidents
1 Group exercise where information was given about a scenario that we had to plan for and present to 2 members of the IBD team
1 numerical test and 1 verbal reasoning test
