Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The phone interview was a surprise call from an MD while I was walking to class. Usual mix of technicals for the screen. A day later they asked me to come up for a superday. It was good, I liked the group, there was a focus on hiring former Westpoint / Navy MBAs. Essentially they wanted to see interest in the A/D space in the later rounds of recruiting.
