Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Began with a phone call with an associate to basically check the boxes off regarding technical knowledge (DCF, Comps, etc.) and the basic behaviorals. Then went on-site for a series of 6 interviews with employees at all levels. Ranged from behaviorals regarding my resume and fit for the job to technicals and discussion of the energy industry. Interview was tailored to the experience I claimed to have on my resume but was pushed to answer deeper questions.
