1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was referred to the process through an Alumnus of my university (very much so a non-target school), process began with a phone screening with 2 analysts. Both were very friendly and asked me a handful of tech q's covering DCF basics. Remainder of the interview revolved around my resume and previous experience, as well as a conversation about something I had in common with both the analysts. Probably about 30 mins total. Received an email about a week later letting me know I was invited to the super day in NYC. Superday consisted of three separate twenty minute interviews: one highly technical, the other two much more personality and culture based. Received an offer soon after I finished my superday and accepted.
