Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Reached out to an associate and an analyst at Jefferies. Was offered on campus interview following the posting on the campus website. I showed up for interview and spoke with an analyst in person as well as a MD on the phone in NYC. Interview was fairly straightforward but consisted of many "rapid-fire" type questions. Guaranteed questions like stock market indices and "pitch me a stock" were expected/prepared for.
