Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Basic 1-on-1 interviews. Interviewed with four people first round, one of them tried to do a stress-test interview with lots of technical questions and going deeper and deeper into various ones. I liked it though because I like a good challenge but it may throw some others off.
At least one other interview had some technical questions but it was more of a 50/50 technical and why banking type questions.
The final two were almost 100% fit. I have two engineering degrees and a high GMAT score but no banking history so I think that's why there though it was more important to gauge fit than technical ability.
